Vintner's Luncheon at Tamber Bey

Framed by towering live oaks, rolling vineyards, Mt. St. John to the northwest, and Yount Hill to the south, Tamber Bey is more than just a serene setting along the edge of the Napa River. It's also where owners Barry and Jennifer Waitte tend their world-class Arabian endurance horses and produce hand-made, cool-climate Cabernet, Merlot and Bourdeaux blends, and a medium- bodied Chardonnay, all grown from the estate vineyards in Oakville and Yountville.

This impressive setting is also the site of today’s Vintner’s Luncheon. The Waittes will host guests on the tree-shaded veranda of the Tamber Bey guest house, overlooking Oakville vineyards, which provide the winery’s flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The gourmet meal will be paired with fine Tamber Bey vintages.

As if that were not enough, these beautiful surroundings and wonderful repast will be topped off with a musical performance by opera singer Vanessa Conlin.

It is hard to imagine a finer Sunday afternoon in Napa.
