Dinner at Ehlers Estate

This evening’s exclusive dinner, co-hosted by Cuvée Napa Restaurant, takes place at the historic and elegant Ehlers Estate.

Guests will be treated to Ehlers’ most coveted vintages with each course: Sauvignon Blanc upon arrival, their Flagship Cabernet 1886 to accompany the entrée, and Merlot to top off a decadent dessert.

Guided by Winemaker Kevin Morrisey, Ehlers Estate produces world-class wines that are a reflection of the land from which they spring. Operating as a small family farm, Ehlers Estate adheres to a core set of values: quality, sustainability, community, and philanthropy. The historic and diverse Napa Valley vineyards of Ehlers Estate are certified organic and cultivated using biodynamic farming techniques to produce a small portfolio of exceptional estate-grown wines. 

Wine grapes have been growing on this rocky, loamy, northern St. Helena benchland since the mid-1800s, and today these prized vineyards are at the core of Ehlers Estates’ commitment to quality.

Cuvée Napa Restaurant, located just outside of downtown Napa, is a luxurious and modern, yet rustic destination, whose seasonally-inspired menus focus on the fresh garden flavors of Northern California’s bountiful harvest. Executive Chef Jordan Mackey, inspired by Cuvée’s “Urban Farmhouse” feel, will create what he likes to call "High Country Cuisine" for Festival del Sole’s special guests.
